Excellent Service. A few weeks ago I needed a garage to replace my worn clutch and flywheel on my VW Passat. After just one phone call, I received a text with a very competitive quote. Because I work outside of Haverhill, dropping off my car was a challenge, but the team was incredibly flexible and arranged a convenient solution for me.

He walked me through how to get it towed to them and was very patient receiving the car - even out of their opening hours. They fixed it in the fastest and most affordable possible way. I had an issue with the transmission in my auto Mini Countryman and these guys were recommended to me by my regular garage. The service was flawless from start to finish. Great communication throughout and priced fairly for the quality of work they delivered. The car was collected as promised at 8:30am on the dot, I received an update half way through and my car was returned to me around lunchtime. They even picked up on an issue I was not aware of and that is also getting fixed soon. My Mini drives beautifully now and I am so glad I trusted them to do the work. I cannot recommend them enough. The guys came and picked up my car and then dropped it off when the job has been done. Excellent service from the team here. They were substantially better priced than my local mechanics and that included the car being collected from Halstead. Small touches like ensuring the car had a nice fresh scent inside on collection really help show how much pride they take in their work and it's a real difference maker. Exceptionally friendly too.

Fantastic honest service. Took my 25 year old VwT4 for a dual mass flywheel and clutch Nick was pleasant and helpful even opened up after hours so I could drop it off to him. From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. They collected my car from my house in the evening, carried out the MOT and service first thing the next morning, and had it back with me by lunchtime — such a quick turnaround!
They clearly communicated with me about a fault that would have caused my car to fail its MOT, giving me clear options around how they can resolve the issue and were very transparent about any costs that would be involved.
Once the MOT and service was completed, they gave me clear and honest advice about future maintenance, which I really appreciated as someone who does not have much knowledge about cars!

Suffolk Clutch Centre only opened last week, and by chance they sent out a text advertising their services just as my car’s clutch failed. As a driving school, a working car is everything - and they won our business straight away, not just with their great price but with truly outstanding customer service.
From the very beginning, both men were professional, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond in every way: my broken-down car was collected well outside their usual area, the clutch was repaired four times faster than my regular mechanic had estimated, and when I couldn’t collect it, they even drove 30 minutes to deliver it back to me. Every promise was followed up and delivered exactly as they said.
The level of care and organisation was impressive - even down to using seat and floor mat covers. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced this high level of service, not even from main dealerships.

Excellent professional service. My automatic Audi had an issue with the key not being released from the ignition. It turned out that it was a problem in the gear box. Another garage quoted me far more than these guys. They diagnosed my vehicle and had the parts supplied, fitted and the car returned to me in under 48hours. Exceptional. Highly recommended!!!
